🍚 Rice with corn and chicken fillet in tomato-soy sauce
Ingredients #
- basmati rice
- can of corn
- chicken fillet
- tomato sauce
- soya sauce
Guide #
- Rice
- Pour 2 cups water per 1 cup of rice into the pot. Cover and never lift the lid.
- Turn on the gas to maximum and bring the water to a boil.
- As soon as the water boils, turn down the gas to minimum and wait until it is ready. (15-20 minutes)
- Set the pan aside, cover with a towel and let the rice steamed in the bath for 10 minutes.
- Fillet
- Cut into strips or cubes.
- Throw in a heated frying pan and fry. Add spices as desired.
- Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix/shuffle/turn the chicken.
- Pour the soy sauce.
- Mix it
- Add the rice to the pan with the chicken and sauce.
- Add corn.
- Mix it up.
