🍚 Rice with corn and chicken fillet in tomato-soy sauce

Ingredients #

  • basmati rice
  • can of corn
  • chicken fillet
  • tomato sauce
  • soya sauce

Guide #

  • Rice
    1. Pour 2 cups water per 1 cup of rice into the pot. Cover and never lift the lid.
    2. Turn on the gas to maximum and bring the water to a boil.
    3. As soon as the water boils, turn down the gas to minimum and wait until it is ready. (15-20 minutes)
    4. Set the pan aside, cover with a towel and let the rice steamed in the bath for 10 minutes.
  • Fillet
    1. Cut into strips or cubes.
    2. Throw in a heated frying pan and fry. Add spices as desired.
    3. Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix/shuffle/turn the chicken.
    4. Pour the soy sauce.
  • Mix it
    1. Add the rice to the pan with the chicken and sauce.
    2. Add corn.
    3. Mix it up.
