🌿 Pesto pasta

Despite the fact that I lived with an Italian family for several months, I will not fuss over the correctness of cooking the dish according to all the rules, customs and norms, but simply write how I cook it - being more than 2000 km away from them.

Ingredients #

  1. Pasta
  • Penne pasta / fusilli / any other to taste
  1. Pesto sauce
  • fresh basil leaves
  • walnuts (if pine nuts are missing or expensive)
  • parmesan cheese
  • garlic
  • olive oil (extra-virgin)

Guide #

  1. Pasta

    1. Pour water into a pot, salt and bring water to a boil. Put the pasta in.
    2. Cook until al dente.
    3. Pour some water into a glass, pour the rest into the sink.
  2. Pesto sauce

    1. Add all the ingredients from step 2 to taste in a blender.
    2. Grind. Add water from the pasta cup until it is thick, but not liquid.
