🌿 Pesto pasta
Despite the fact that I lived with an Italian family for several months, I will not fuss over the correctness of cooking the dish according to all the rules, customs and norms, but simply write how I cook it - being more than 2000 km away from them.
Ingredients #
- Pasta
- Penne pasta / fusilli / any other to taste
- Pesto sauce
- fresh basil leaves
- walnuts (if pine nuts are missing or expensive)
- parmesan cheese
- garlic
- olive oil (extra-virgin)

Pasta
- Pour water into a pot, salt and bring water to a boil. Put the pasta in.
- Cook until al dente.
- Pour some water into a glass, pour the rest into the sink.

Pesto sauce
- Add all the ingredients from step 2 to taste in a blender.
- Grind. Add water from the pasta cup until it is thick, but not liquid.
