🥩 Steak
No one uses a big green egg, barbecue or grill in the apartment. So we cook steaks in the conditions we have.
Ingredients #
- beef steak
- salt, pepper
- olive oil (extra-virgin)
- dairy butter
- garlic
- rosemary (fresh)
Guide #
- Put the cast-iron skillet on maximum gas.
- If desired, coat the steak with a drop of olive oil. Salt and pepper all sides.
- Roast on each side for 1.5-2 minutes (depending on the thickness of the piece of meat). Add a sprig of rosemary.
- Optional, but not required action.
- Turn on the oven and preheat to 180-200 degrees.
- Lay garlic and a piece of butter on the steak. Place in the oven for 2-5 minutes.
- Place the steak on a board and let it rest for 2-4 minutes.
